2011 - Housing Project - Nguyen Van Bao

Mr. Nguyen Van Bao, age 28, is residing at Con Cao, Thanh Phong Village, Thanh Phu with his wife and child. His wife is 5 month pregnant with their second child. His main job is catching crabs at the seaside every night for the market which brings him around $3. At high tides, when there are no crabs to catch, he would work as a hired hand. Two moths ago, their house was torn down by the whirl wind and the incident almost killed his wife and kid inside the house. They are temporarily putting up at their neighbor’s house, not able to rebuild their own house.
