2011 - Housing Project - Le Van Thang

Mr. Le Van Thang, age 32, is residing in a house that doesn’t yet have a number at Con Cao, Thanh Phong Village, Thanh Phu with his wife and 2 children. Having no land to toil, he goes to the seaside and catches small crabs in the light of a torch to sell in the market. For many years, they worked hard and got a cement pillared house. Two months ago, a whirl wind tore down the house and almost killed their children inside while the parents were working for others somewhere. They are having a difficult time putting up at relative’s house.
