Housing Project - Xây Nhà
Most people in the poor villages build their house from palm leaves due to the lack of means. These houses usually last for 5 years; however, many families continue to live in their house until they collapse because they don't have money to rebuild or fix it. After the houses collapse, these families will either divide themselves up to live with relatives or move to the new frontier. The new frontier is an area far away and near mountain ranges where very few crops can be grown, so even though the government gives some land, nobody is really thrilled about going there because the future is just as cloudy.
Our housing project helps these families rebuild their home--a very basic house known as a "House of Humanity", so that these families can once again have a roof over their heads and continue to live in their hometown.
The current cost for building a house of humanity is $2000, and if donated by PayPal, it is $2050.

Có rất nhiều người ở vùng quê xây nhà bằng lá vì không có phương tiện nào khác. Những mái nhà lá này thường sẽ hư mục và dột nát sau 5 năm. Có nhiều gia đình vẫn tiếp tục ở trong sự dột nát này cho tới sập luôn vì không có tiền để tu sửa lại. Sau khi nhà sập rồi thì gia đình họ phải bỏ xứ ra đi về vùng kinh tế mới hay là phải chia năm, xẻ bảy ra để tá túc với bà con. Chương trình này giúp cho họ xây lại nhà, một căn nhà với tiêu chuẩn tối thiểu của một nhà tình thương để họ có chỗ che nắng mưa và tiếp tục ở lại nơi chôn nhau cắt rốn của mình.
