Mr. Nguyen Van Phai, 48 years old, lives in Con Dai, Thanh Phong commune, Thanh Phu district, Ben Tre province. The family has 3 people: himself, his wife and their child; this 14-year-old son is at school. They do not own any land; they work whatever odd jobs they could find daily to survive. The house does not have a well, and they need fresh water.

Ông Nguyễn Văn Phái, 48t, nhà ở Cồn Dài xã Thạnh Phong huyện Thạnh Phú tỉnh Bến Tre. Gia đình có 3 người: vợ chồng và 1 con, đứa con nay 14t đi học, không có nhà. Nhà không có ruộng đất, hàng ngày ai thuê gì thì làm nấy. Nhà không có cây giếng nên rất cần giềng nước ngọt.
