Mr Ngo van Ut, age 40, and his wife To Thi Chan, age 35, are residing at 17/1 An Hoa B Hamlet, Ben Tre. They have 3 daughters and a son. The eldest daughter, age 15, quit school and works as nanny for 40 dollars a month. The daughter of 13 years old also quit school and the youngest daughter, age 12 is in grade 4. They have only a small piece of land to work on and can hardly make enough to live on that. He is working as mason assistant for 3.5 dollars a day. With this earning, it is very difficult to feed 6 people. Since January this year, he has been working for only a month due to arthritis that prevents him from dong his job.
