Miscellaneous Disclosures:

1. Our organization does not have any agreements with international organizations. We are independently operated.   The only foreign country we plan missionary trips to is Vietnam.

2. We are working with Hy Vong Moi, a nonprofit organization in Vietnam to facilitate our operations there.   HyVongMoi is not a subsidiary of our organization.  For each project we do, we allocate about  twenty dollars in total labor costs for HyVongMoi  to carry out the distribution.   There is no other compensation. HyVongMoi can use this money to hire whoever they want to help with the distribution of goods.   We pay for transportation , and picture taking separately.

Transportation is about $50 per truck load from Ben Tre county to the island villages.   It takes 4 hours to drive from BenTre to the island villages.  The distance is about 200 kilometers on primative roads.   This is the low-end of the  market rate.  

We pay $10 for picture taking  and developing per project.   This is also the low-end of the market rate.   HyVongMoi can name any staff to help us out.   We do not pay any salary to any of their staff.   

3.  At least 1 member from our NewHope2008 organization here will go to Vietnam at least once a year to do field audit of the projects in Vietnam.

 4.  Attached please find a copy of HyVongMoi’s certified nonprofit corporation status in Vietnamese and a translated version in English.

5. All participants in NewHope2008 organization are volunteers.  There are no compensation whatsoever.

6. NewHope2008 is not renting nor leasing any office space.   Its office location is provided free of charge by the chairman of the organization.

7.  We are not giving any money to the government of Vietnam
